The resort is very nice. Its not new like we expected but the experience was overall very nice. We stayed in the room with the jacuzzi and it was really worth it, nice for a relaxing weekend.

The experience my family and I had at Park Silang was very different. When we first arrived we were greeted by the courteous and friendly people working there. The room we got was very spacious and clean with a jacuzzi outside on the balcony. There was a walk-in closet and also had our own jacuzzi bathtub in the bathroom. However, to our dismay we found out later that the jacuzzi in the bathtub didn't work. And when night came, there were insects galore of different forms flying outside. Some were able to enter the room. Fortunately, they provided us this electric insect killer that zaps them when they touch it. But the loud zapping sound was very loud and made it hard to get a good night sleep. My son asked me to turn it off but I told him I would rather have that loud zapping sound than the bugs crawling on us on the bed, which some bugs did. The furniture in the room also looked old and tattered. We had food delivered in our room for an additional fee which didn't bother me. What bothered me though was that the food being overpriced was also not very good. This also included the free breakfast which came with the room. The property where the public pools we're located are all well kept including the garden and grass area. Nice place to take pictures. So overall, it was an experience that was different. It was not all bad but an experience that I would not like to repeat.

Not worth the drive & price
We booked the premium suite with its own dipping pool for 2 nights. Room is very spacious with 2 large beds, a spacious toilet & bath with a bath tub, dining area for 4, and a mini kitchen counter. Property has many pools to choose from but shows signs of aging and does not seem to have been maintained well through the years. The lobby was being renovated when we stayed. No phone in the rooms - you can only contact frontdesk and in-room dining via mobile phone or Facebook messenger. Responsiveness is not consistent, we had to call multiple times to confirm our orders from the restaurant. Also, they charge for a corkage fee for bringing in food & drinks but the onsite restaurant has very limited menu and is only open up to 9PM. For the price we paid for our stay, and the price they charge for breakfast, one would typically expect a breakfast buffet. However, the breakfast served was ala-carte and is very expensive for the food quality. Food serving was okay and did not taste good (we decided not to avail of the complimentary breakfast during our 2nd day). Fastfood breakfast is way better than what they have. Service at the restaurant was also quite slow, considering that there were only 3 groups when we had our breakfast. Cleanliness is also an issue. Our bathroom had obvious dust, bath tub and shower not clean, toilet also not clean. The bath towels provided looked old and were not the usual "bleached white" one would expect from hotels. They did provide basic toiletries in the room. The roof in our toilet had holes and we're glad it did not rain during our stay. Everyday, soot and dirt falls from the holes in the bathroom. During our second day, we found dead insects in the bathroom counter (most likely fell from the holes in the roof). There is no daily housekeeping service. We had to call for the towel and water replenishments during our 2nd day, including removal of fallen leaves from our pool. We have not seen lifeguards or any staff on standby at the pools. Proper swimming attire was also not enforced. We were looking forward to have a relaxing vacation at this property but our experience was not as we expected because of poor property maintenance, poor sanitation and poor service.

No at all what was promised then pushed out
1 Rats in the roof of the restaurant. Leaking water pipes in the ceiling of the bathroom. The shower overran itself and flooded the bathroom floor. No ice after 9 pm and ice was never free from between.150- 1000 pesos. Hot tub in one room had electrical issues so was warned to stay out because of electrical shock issues, in another room it would take 3-5 to heat up I spent the entire stay never getting to use is it. Every other day it was green because no sanitation system on the tub

Great place and venue. It's spacious and with good working facilities, however it looks delapidated and needs a good renovation (maybe more lights in the room and Cr). Food is okay. But service can improve.

Aside from the hotel rooms, it has also glamping tents at the back. Place is quiet & peaceful. Food in the resto is also good

Quiet and breezy. Great place to be away from crowded staycation places. We love that it's pet friendly. The only thing that got us down was its restaurant which bills 20% service charge😯 Hotels and restos in NCR don't even charge this much.

Park Silang is a premium and private place good for folks who want to celebrate quiet time with their loved ones. This is good both for families and for couples. The place is serene especially during the night. Swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi is available. We took the premium room which is more than enough for two people. Service is good. Amenities are still being improved. The rooms look like they were restored from previous usage.

This could have EASILY been a 5 star review if only the management did their job in making sure the place is quiet. Our Jacuzzi didnt work for the first 2 days and our breakfast was forgotten the first morning but we didn't mind. Unfortunately, despite the good food, the mostly lovely staff and the perfect location - this is a 2 star review. We took the second most expensive room in the resort - the Loft, which is a tent like 2 floor glamping room. Again, we didnt mind that the top loft was moldy because its semi camping. sadly, this room is only a few meters away from the "Boutique" which is supposed to be a large glamping room but not a PARTY room, which is what is was used for. We still kept our cool, hoping the management and guards would enforce the 10pm quiet time. that did not happen and on the first night I had to ask the people myself to be quiet at 1am! The next day I specifically asked the front desk to make sure this wont happen again, and was assured it won't - only to find about 20 people in the Boutique room partying loudly way past 10pm! That's when Ive had enough and we left the place 1 night earlier than planned. People work hard, and to spend 11k per night on a place where the front desk manager says "sorry we cant control them", the night guard says "negative" when I ask him to speak to someone at 10.30pm about the noise, and all I get as compensation is "sorry sir" from the operations manager - this isn't right. Learn how to manage a resort. learn how to keep your own rules. learn how to train your guards. learn how to compensate a rightfully upset guest. and then maybe you can call youselves a proper resort.

Best thing about this place is that it's pet-friendly. We wanted to go glamping but all tents were fully booked. In hindsight, taking the premium room seems to have worked out better for us. The room was really spacious, the bed and pillows were hotel-grade and my husband was in love with the TV 🤣. The jacuzzi heated up nicely though it was difficult to control the temperature. The food was also really good and really cheap too. Overall, our stay here was fantastic and was real value for money. Will definitely come back.

Near the metro and easy to reach. The area was big and the crew were nice. There are areas of improvement but i won't nitpick. Overall, a nice stay and will go back there again.

Staycation at the Park
The Park has really nice, polite, and helpful staff. Everyone was so pleasant. Family suite is huge. The place is quiet which is good for relaxation. Pool has reservation so good especially since we are implementing social distancing. Restaurant has good ambiance. Hot water works well in the bathroom.
